We take three-liter jars, wash them thoroughly and sterilize them, along with the lids. We clean the corn cobs of leaves and fibers, then rinse them well. Cut the tails. Place the cobs in jars vertically to accommodate more. Add salt and sugar to each jar. see continuation on the next page
