Prepare the pepper
Cut it in half, remove the seeds and stem, then cut it into strips.
Cook the pepper

In another pan, sauté the octopus for 5 minutes over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.

Assemble the toast
Arrange the tender peppers on the bread, add the octopus pieces, sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately.
