1 pot of plain yogurt (about 125g)
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
1 medium apple (grated or finely chopped)
6 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
A little butter or oil for cooking
Ground cinnamon (optional, for flavoring)
