Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

Prepare coffee flavor
Dissolve 2 tbsp instant espresso powder in 1 tbsp hot water. -
Whip cream
Whip 2 cups cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. -
Combine base
In a separate bowl, mix:-
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Dissolved espresso

1 tsp vanilla extract

Fold & freeze
Gently fold whipped cream into coffee mixture until smooth. Pour into a container or loaf pan, cover, and freeze 6 hours or overnight.

Crushed biscotti or cookies
