🍒 Cherry Cheesecake Fluff Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 container (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • 1 can (21 oz / 595 g) cherry pie filling

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional for extra fluffiness)

  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional for serving)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until smooth and fluffy.

  4. Add the cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows (if using). Stir lightly to swirl the cherries through the mixture — don’t overmix.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let it set.

  6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with graham cracker crumbs or extra cherries.

🍰 Tip:

You can also layer it in dessert cups with crushed graham crackers at the bottom for a mini cheesecake parfait look!
