For the Dough:
- 3½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 2¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup (180ml) whole milk, warmed to 110°F (43°C)
- ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tbsp butter, for greasing
