Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth. Spread evenly into a parchment-lined baking dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes. -
Make the Caramel Layer:
Melt the caramel candies with heavy cream and butter over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and creamy. -
Add the Crunch:
Mix the caramel mixture with the crispy rice cereal, then gently spread over the chilled chocolate layer. -
Top with More Chocolate:
Melt the remaining chocolate chips and pour over the caramel layer. Smooth the top and refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour). -
Cut and Serve:
Slice into bars and enjoy the perfect blend of crunch, sweetness, and chocolatey richness!
Tip:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week — if they last that long!
