Cabbage Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups finely shredded cabbage

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
Prepare the Cabbage:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, shredded cheese, all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, chopped green onions, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Form the Fritters:

Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into a patty or fritter, pressing firmly to ensure it holds together. Repeat with the remaining mixture to form additional fritters.

Cook the Fritters:

Heat the olive oil or vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the fritters to the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
