Buttermilk Coconut Cake

This moist and tender cake is infused with buttermilk, topped with sweet coconut, and finished with a layer of cream that soaks right in for extra richness. Perfect for sharing at gatherings or enjoying with coffee.


Ingredients (for one sheet cake, approx. 30 × 40 cm)

For the batter:

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 cups buttermilk

  • 4 cups flour

  • 1 ½ packets baking powder

Tip: Use a cup with a 200 ml capacity as the measuring unit.

For the topping:

  • 2 cups shredded coconut

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 cups whipping cream (200 ml each)
