Body bruises: treatment and causes (video). You won't complain about them anymore!

5- Aging: With age, the skin becomes thinner and loses part of the protective fatty layer that helps protect blood vessels from injury, which causes bruising.

6- Family history: A family history of bruising may be a major reason for the sudden appearance of bruises on your body.

Treatment of body bruises
1- Treating body bruises with vinegar:
Diluted vinegar increases blood flow and aids in the healing process; applying the mixture to bruises circulates blood and prevents blood spots.

Mix a few drops of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar with a third of a cup of warm water.
Apply the mixture to the bruises and massage gently. Repeat twice a day.
2- Epsom salt for treating body bruises:
Epsom salt helps to relax muscles and reduce swelling and bruising.

Mix half a cup of Epsom salt in hot water, put a cotton ball in it, squeeze it out, and rub it on the bruises.
Repeat it 4 times daily.
3- Toothpaste for treating body bruises:
Toothpaste helps to break up the clot and increase blood flow to the bruised area, thus reducing the bruise and swelling.

Apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste to the bruise, cover it with a bandage, leave it overnight, and wash it off with water in the morning.
Repeat this treatment every night for 3 days.
4- Treating body bruises with parsley:
Parsley reduces inflammation and pain and reduces the color of the bruise.

Crush the parsley leaves and place them on the bruised area, wrap it with an elastic bandage and leave it for 8 minutes.
It should be applied regularly until the skin returns to its normal temperature and color.
