Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon ginger powder (fresh grated also works)
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
Heat the water to warm, not boiling.
Mix the ingredients together and blend well.
Drink thirty minutes before sleep.
