How to Make It
Begin by squeezing the juice of half a lemon into the glass of water.
Then, add the baking soda and stir until fully dissolved.
For best results, drink it right away—preferably in the morning before eating or between meals when your stomach is empty.
Suggested Use and DosageFor healthy adults, one glass per day is sufficient and should only be taken for a maximum of two weeks in a row.
