In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and milk until smooth.
Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg, mixing well.
3. Assemble and Bake (50–55 minutes)

Sprinkle shredded Gruyere, Swiss, and Cheddar evenly in the pre-baked crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, spreading evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is golden. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
4. Serve (10 minutes)

Let the quiche rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Cut into wedges and enjoy warm. Serve alongside a fresh salad, fruit, or roasted veggies.
