Baked Chicken Spaghetti

Pie crust (store-bought or homemade) – 9 inches
Filling:

Eggs – 3
Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
Whole milk – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
Gruyere cheese, shredded – 1/2 cup
Swiss cheese, shredded – 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1/2 cup
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust (15 minutes)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
For store-bought crust, follow package instructions for pre-baking.
For homemade crust, roll dough to fit a 9-inch pie dish and carefully transfer it.
Blind bake: Line the crust with parchment paper and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake 10 minutes, then remove weights and paper and bake another 5 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
